Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Live Round Sound ships merchandise to locations within the United States through UPS Ground.  Orders shipping to Canada are also shipped via UPS Ground.  U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands will be an additional fee determined upon the shipment weight and destination. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  Shipments may required to have a signature upon delivery. If signature is unable to be obtained via UPS within the 3 day attempt range, the shipment will be returned to Live Round Sound and additional shipping charges may apply. Face to face delivery as well as Pick-Up delivery is available to any purchaser. Terms of said delivery will be assessed by Live Round Sound and is up to Live Round Sound's discretion. There will be no flat rate shipping charge for Pick-Up delivery. Pick-Up delivery however, will only be available as determined by Live Round Sound staff. Cost of return shipping to Live Round Sound will be at the expense of the customer. Face to face delivery or meetings for exchange will be decided between purchaser and Live Round Sound staff. Ultimately, it is up to Live Round Sound staff if this method is available.  Shipping and handling charges are to be determined by Live Round Sound for this method. Please contact us for any information on this method. Discounts for Pick-Up and Face to Face delivery may apply. Build time for any system will be up to 6 weeks so long as parts are not back ordered.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. The buyer WILL be responsible for the cost of Duties and Taxes. International shipping is currently available for Canada. The shipping rate for any Canada order is calculated via UPS.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Live Round Sound is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Warranties

If Live Round Sound is at fault for your unhappiness with our product we will go to any extent to ensure your happiness. Warranty is taken on a case by case basis. If we find that we are at fault for a failure, the purchaser will not be liable for any repair/shipping charges.  Damages to the equipment done by purchaser will not be refunded or returnable. However, damages caused by purchaser will be assessed by Live Round Sound and a repair quote will be available. Damage to any of the equipment or parts within the product will be assessed by Live Round Sound and the repair will be at Live Round Sound's discretion. Damage to any personal objects stored or placed inside the can, or personal objects being used to feed the can (included but not limited to... a cell phone or mp3 player) will NOT be covered by Live Round Sound in any way. Live Round Sound is NOT responsible for damage to any persons or personal objects due to your Live Round Sound audio system, or any third party products (such as the charger, Bluetooth, or AM/FM radio). Batteries in portable audio systems will be covered under warranty only at the discretion of Live Round Sound. Battery damage due to negligence and/or improper charging will NOT be covered under any warranty.  If any Live Round Sound audio system is returned with a claimed issue and the issue is not present, a $40 handling fee as well as shipping will be charged to return the system.  Additional shipping charges will apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and countries outside of the United States. Live Round Sound will warranty all products based on the information above for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

Return Policy

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in checkout. Live Round Sound reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. If Live Round Sound is at fault for your unhappiness with our product we will go to any extent to ensure your happiness.  Damages to the equipment done by purchaser will not be refunded or returnable. However, damages caused by purchaser will be assessed by Live Round Sound and a repair quote will be available. Damage to any of the equipment or parts within the product will be assessed by Live Round Sound and the repair will be at Live Round Sound's discretion. Additionally, due to the extreme customization of the product, Live Round Sound will not accept returns for ANY reason.  The product is built to the purchaser's liking therefore will not be returnable or refundable for any reason.  While Live Round Sound does warranty products for the life of the user, we will not send pre paid labels after 30 days of the customer receiving their product.

Cooler Policy

When sending in your cooler, please print the proper submission form found on our website and place it inside the cooler with all requested information. If we do not have this information your order will be placed on hold until the information is obtained. We will not be held responsible for coolers sent with no information. By allowing Live Round Sound to modify the cooler, any warranty through the cooler manufacturer will be lost. There is no way to reverse the install once it has been completed. No returns will be accepted due to the customization and complexity of this product. Live Round Sound will not be held responsible for coolers that are damaged during shipping or coolers that were damaged prior to shipment. Live Round Sound recommends insuring all shipments for this reason as stated on the required cooler submission form. Should a cooler be used improperly, warranty may not apply. Batteries in cooler audio systems will be covered under warranty only at the discretion of Live Round Sound. Battery damage due to negligence and/or improper charging will NOT be covered under any warranty.
