We provide a limited lifetime warranty on all of our products. We will go out of our way to ensure a customer is happy with their system. If we are at fault for the cause of the issue, you will not be responsible for any charges. However, the warranty doesn't mean we cover it if you hook it up wrong, launch it out of a potato launcher, someone drops it, or if your ex comes by and steals it. We value honesty, so if you damage the product in any way, please just be honest. All orders are hand built and we work hard on these systems to ensure our customers satisfaction. If you choose not to be honest with us… we can tell the difference of "it just quit working" and a system rolling down a mountain accidentally. So we strongly encourage just telling us the reason why your product needs assistance.
A great example...If you purchase a new truck and wreck it the same day...Do you take it back to the dealer for warranty? NO...Warranty is not insurance!
At the same time...If you purchase a new truck and it just turns off on the same day...The dealer should happily take care of you! WE...Will happily take care of you.
Your Live Round Sound product is covered by limited lifetime warranty if purchased from Live Round Sound or an authorized Live Round Sound dealer. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Live Round Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the product. All warranty returns must be discussed with Live Round Sound prior to shipment (either by phone or email). Sometimes there is a very simple solution to the issue. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. If your product is covered under warranty, shipping back to you will be at no charge to you and the product will return repaired – if your product is replaced/repaired due to damage, you must pay for return shipping and repair bill prior to returning of the product to you. We do not charge assessment fees, handling fees, or labor. Even in a damage circumstance, we ONLY charge for cost of parts, and return shipping.
